SHIPPING

We typically ship using USPS and UPS* (United Parcel Service) (United States Postal Service). To give you the quickest delivery at the lowest price, optional shipping methods might be used.
Verify the details of your "ship to" address, including any suite, apartment, or floor numbers. Refunds are not available for orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses.

WORLDWIDE ORDERS

International Orders: Spider’s Cycle City currently ships to over 120 countries around the world. Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of International duties. Spider’s Cycle City is not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. Please check with your customs office.
Spider's Cycle City provides international delivery for all of its loyal customers. All orders for delivery outside the United States are sent via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days) or First Class Mail unless our client requests a different shipping method (under 4lbs. transit times vary by destination). Once the package has been shipped, an email invoice with all the tracking details and fees will be sent.
