Your access to the Site and any connected services, or any part of them, may be terminated at any time and without prior notice by Spider's Cycle City.

You acknowledge and agree that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Spider's Cycle City as a result of this agreement or your use of the Site. Nothing in this agreement restricts Spider's Cycle City's ability to respond to inquiries from public authorities regarding your use of the Site or any information you may have provided to or collected by Spider's Cycle City in connection with such use. If any portion of this agreement, including without limitation the above-stated warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most nearly accomplishes the objectives of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Aside from anything explicitly stated to the contrary, this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the user and Spider's Cycle City with regard to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Spider's Cycle City with regard to the Site.
